The Ten Billion Barrel is a difficult puzzle with 5.41*1014 possible positions. An important part of the project was the systematic finding of solution approaches. To date there were hardly any known solution approaches, hence the efficiency of them were not optimal. With help of mathematical group theory it is possible to describe move orders which change the ball positions in a suitable way. These move orders can combine to an algorithm which is easily learnable for human. A very efficient approach results through the combination of this algorithm with computer-generated move orders.
